Frequently Asked Questions

Your order will arrive within 12-21 days. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame.

We will send you an email once your order ships. This email will include a link to view your tracking information. If you do not receive your order within the scheduled delivery window, please contact us and we will resolve the issue.

Currently, we only ship to the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Check back as we expand the list of countries we ship to.

Unfortunately, at this time our shopping cart cannot apply two discount codes to a single order.

Absolutely. We will refund any purchases made from Sparkle & Fab that have been delivered damaged. We will offer you the option to either exchange it or refund your money to the original form of payment.

Please go to our customer support page here. Please use your order number and let us know which items you would like to return or exchange. We will provide you with details from there. Please note we can only accept returns for items that are delivered damaged.

It can take between 3-5 business days to process your return at our warehouse. Once we’ve received and processed your return, please allow an additional 3-5 days for your bank to credit your original form of payment.
